Turnkey Arcade

Are turnkey operations very profitable at all?

By turnkey, I mean businesses where the business runs itself (pretty much). Places like:

-Video Game Arcades
-Self Car Wash places
-Independent ATMs
-Vending Machines
-Launder mats.

Of course I don’t think one could get rich off of them, but be profitable to live comfortably. Is this likely at all?

In the order that I think would have the best payoff:

-Landromats
- Arcades
- Self car wash

- Vending machines/ATMS not as viable.

If you buy the property and equipment for the operations, you will be paying it off with the money you bring in for a while. But after you have everything paid off, you will basically be making pure profit except for paying utilities, insurance, and fixing anything that breaks down.

As an avid gamer I think there is a definately a market for someone to start opening up arcades again, but it hasn’t been done well for a while.
